Objectives: The aims of this investigation are to (i) prepare hybrid quantum dot (QD)-polymer compleses, (ii) maniplulate structural and chemical properties of the hybrids and characterize their effects on biocompatibility, and (iii) assemble diverse, heterostructured complexes for enhancing and fluorescently tracking gene therapy.
