Abstract
Digital platforms are increasingly becoming important for firms to deliver business efficiency, reliability, and predictability. But they are oftentimes difficult to modernize, and slow to deploy completely in-house while business conditions are constantly changing. It is here that Cloud-based technologies are posited to play an important role in accelerating the speed at which digital platforms could be modernized. This case study describes how Enterprise Community Partners leveraged Cloud-based technologies to modernize their digital platform, the challenges the organization faced during the process, and the business and IT capabilities that were needed to derive benefits from these technologies.
