Abstract
Enterprises need to take a position on how to manage the total digitization of their enterprises. This briefing draws on the results of a study of ten companies and a survey to share insights on best practice. Enterprises take one or use a blend of three approaches convergence, coordination, or separate digital innovation stacks to manage their six or seven islands of digitization.
