Abstract
Academic year 2026 overview The Institute Discrimination and Harassment Response Office (IDHR) serves as an essential resource for MIT students, staff, and faculty, addressing concerns related to discrimination and discriminatory harassment, including sexual harassment under federal Title IX regulations. IDHR provides the MIT community with information about available resources, individualized support in arranging academic, workplace, and housing accommodations, formal and informal resolution options, and education designed to prevent harassment and discrimination.
