Abstract
This report covers the 46th academic year (AY2026) the MIT Ombuds Office has been supporting the MIT Community. Many factors have contributed to the sustainability of the office, perhaps most notably the robust relationships with and support from Institute leadership, along with strict adherence to professional ombuds standards and the MIT Ombuds Office Terms of Reference.
