Abstract
J-WAFS began the academic year by welcoming Daniela Giardina as executive director in September 2025. Bringing nearly two decades of international humanitarian and development experience, Daniela is deeply committed to the mission of J-WAFS. Already in the last year, she helped usher J-WAFS into its second decade by representing J-WAFS at strategic conferences and nurturing collaborations with international organizations.
