Abstract
Material science is a critical discipline that supports all other science and engineering disciplines, however current research processes are inefficient and limiting the pace of research. Automated high-throughput characterization shows potential to accelerate this research pace. This thesis presents a solution for automated high-throughput characterization with discussion of key attributes and design elements and demonstrates a working prototype.
