In this thesis, a web interface for sending and receiving data across an actual UWB channel was designed. In addition, a platform for Ultra Wideband (UWB) communication development was implemented. The UWB communication platform is implemented to provide a unique testing tool for both transmission and reception of UWB signals. In debugging the system, the UWB communication proved invaluable as the platform was able to able to accurately and quickly discover errors. Both new tools should prove extremely useful for developing future UWB front and back ends.en_US
