The energy and intensity of the inelastic gamma rays of twenty low atomic number elements: Li, C, N, 0, Mg, Al, Na, Si, S, Cl, K, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Pb, are measured with a 30 cc Ge(Li) detector using an unmoderated 5 curie Pu-Be neutron source. The value of the production cross section for the Pu-Be spectrum is calculated. The results show they are mostly less than one barn.en_US
