The thesis culminates in a data journey workshop to jump-start organizations' transformation. A detailed plan for conducting the workshop is presented, including securing leadership commitment and outlining the workshop agenda. Additionally, a tactical 30-60-90 day plan is proposed, providing participants and leadership with actionable steps to drive data initiatives effectively. This plan acts as a compass, guiding organizations toward their data-driven objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.</dim:field>
