Bearing California's ambitious climate goals in consideration, this report explores the complex interplay between transportation, urban development, and land-use patterns, highlighting the importance of systemic changes for achieving sustainable mobility. Through a comparative analysis and case study, the thesis offers valuable insights into the impact of different transportation systems on California’s transition towards a carbon-neutral future.</dim:field>
