This thesis investigates M&amp;A theories and practices of valuation and integration in China on the basis of the analysis of the current trends of M&amp;A market in both the US and China. Some related studies are reviewed to identify the research gap and applications in the Chinese context. A practical framework of using an active M&amp;A strategy for corporate growth is presented, along with a case study.</dim:field>
