For this purpose, two enterprise architecture tools were applied: stakeholder analysis and enterprise relevant views. The analytical tools applied to this project were process mapping, total cost modeling, organization design and information technology selection. The outcome of the study was the detailed definition of the following building blocks of an enterprise: processes, process costs, organization and information technology.
