The following outlines approximate due dates and descriptions for the assignments.

Week #1

First assignment due: Brief status on efforts to implement one of 10 assigned multilateral agreements.
Proposed term paper topic due.

Week #3

Confidential instructions and briefing papers for the chlorine game will be handed out. Negotiation must be completed outside of class; dates, times and locations for the two runs of the simulation will be set collaboratively. (Information for instructors about ordering the chlorine game.)

Week #4

Discussion of the results of the chlorine game.
Second assignment due: 2-3 page outline of the term paper.

Week #6

Third assignment due: First full draft of the term paper.

Week #7, 8, 9

Fourth assignment due: Oral presentation of term paper.

Week #10

Fifth assignment due: Handing in of the final version of the term paper.
