This thesis had the goals of standardizing and automating guidance data analysis at The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. (Draper). This was accomplished via, the first ever machine understandable knowledge of Portable Engineering Testing Stations (PETS) variables located in a comprehensive MySQL database. Automation was achieved via a MATLAB program designed to be flexible for a wide variety of inputs and outputs. The standardization required time-consuming interface analysis and a tedious programming effort, but has proved to be successful and is already streamlining the data collection and analysis process for another program at Draper.en_US
