This collection contains MATLAB software that implements several simple models of set perception. In particular, these are our attempts to model the perception of mean item size in experiments such as those of Ariely (2001) and Chong & Treisman (2003, 2005a, 2005b). With small modifications, we hope they will also be useful in designing and evaluating the results of new experiments. Click on "browse Titles" to see what is here. ECVP.m is a script that runs several models applied to the Ariely data, and also serves as somewhat of a "Readme" file.
