Calendar

In this course, students are divided into three groups for the laboratory experiments. Each group works on a different experiment and, upon completion, rotates assignments among groups. As a result, no two groups ever work on the same experiment at the same time. The first schedule in this section shows this rotation format. During the first six weeks of the subject, there are a series of lectures on the general background and theory relevant to the experiments. These sessions, shown in the second schedule, are also used to present detailed information about the experiments to each laboratory group beginning an experiment (referred to below as Laboratory Conferences).
