Modular design of genetic circuits requires iterations of experimental and theoretical efforts to make the design process reliable and the resulting behaviors predictable. This technical report demonstrates a fully automatic experiment procedure by using the MSP FlowCytoPrep 5000 Sample Prep system to deliver samples prepared from multiplex miniature stirred tank reactors (Flexostat) to the flow cytometer BD Accuri C6 to quantify dynamics of an transcription activator cascade in a single cell in chemostat.en_US
