| dc.description.abstract | PADL is a hardware description language for specifying the behavior and structure of packet communication systems. In such systems, hardware units called modules communicate by sending and receiving packets. The behavior of such a system can be specified by providing the algorithm it executes and the data structures it manipulates. On the other hand, the structure of a system is specified by giving the components or of the system and their interconnection. | en_US |
