Abstract
<jats:p>Electrolytes that achieve highest Li Coulombic efficiency display quantifiably higher rates of electrochemical Li<jats:sup>+</jats:sup> exchange. The effect is attributed to their improved SEI and better-percolated Li deposits that boost Li<jats:sup>+</jats:sup> exchange as the cell cycles.</jats:p>
