dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a structured methodology, based on the use of a Handbook of process models, for redesigning business processes. The methodology is illustrated using examples from the agri‐food supply chain domain. We discuss the strengths and weaknesses of this approach, and identify avenues for further work.en_US
