This thesis reports the design, conducting, and results of an experiment intended to measure the paging rate of a virtual memory computer system as a function of paging memory size. This experiment, conducted on the Multics computer system at MIT, a large interactive computer utility serving an academic community, sought to predict paging rates for paging memory sizes larger than existing memory at the time.en_US
