A thermostable affinity protein rcSso7d can replace antibodies as a capture reagent in cellulose-based diagnostic tests. ‘RAFIASRRIRRP’ at the N-terminus of two repeating units of rcSso7d improved polystyrene immobilization for high-throughput ELISA.en_US
